How do I return an AGR Performance product for service?
  Return Policy

All products purchased from a Authorized Dealer are covered by STEERCO, LLC's Limited Warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you ever need service for a STEERCO or AGR Performance product, please call us at 817-626-9006 for a Return Goods Authorization Number.

When applicable, include a proof of purchase from an authorized AGR Performance dealer with your return.
Additionally, complete a Service Request Form and have the issued RGA number written on the outside of the return package in a conspicuous place.

Transportation and shipping charges associated with the return of any product to STEERCO, LLC shall be paid by the Sender.

STEERCO, LLC recommends shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and insuring the package for replacement value. All other carriers are shipped at your own risk.
STEERCO, LLC is not responsible for any item(s) damaged during shipping. Sender must file a claim with the carrier.

Before shipping your item(s) please take note of the following:
• Please thoroughly drain item(s) of fluid and, if available, use port plugs.
• Use a plastic bag/wrap to keep your package from leaking. UPS/FedEx/DHL will declare the package a HazMat if it leaks, which could delay or terminate the shipment.

Turnaround time is generally 4-5 business days.

STEERCO, LLC will attempt to repair, replace, or credit any defective product within thirty (30) days after receipt.
